All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. To track your order, please click here and enter your Email id and Password. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details. If you have an account, you can also view these details in your Order History.
All standard domestic orders can be sent via India post mail services, For your convenience we offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. It takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
All express domestic orders can be sent via Blue Dart Express/ FedEx Express, it takes 1-2 business days for delivery.
All Standard international orders can be sent either by DHL eCommerce Which will be delivered to you within 10-20 business days or via India Post international air mail Which will be delivered to you within 10-25 business days.
We also offer Free International Standard Delivery on all orders $60 and over.
All Express international orders can be sent via DHL Express/ FedEx Express or EMS Speed Post. You can opt these services at the time of placing an order.
We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead we charge you what the desired shipping company charges us. The charge is based on weight and location. Therefore the shipping quote you receive when you place and order is your final shipping charge.
DHL & FedEx Express does not deliver to PO Boxes/FPO/APO Addresses. You have to provide us your house address for these services. For shipping to PO Box/FPO/APO please select EMS Speed Post at the time of placing an order.
There are some remote areas where we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered within the specified timing and the shipping company charges extra for delivery at remote areas - Please contact customer assistance if you are concerned that this may apply to you. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important if the courier needs additional information to insure a successful delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.
If an international package is refused by customer, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping and handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally. If a package is refused and returned to us for any reasons, the customer will be responsible for all incurred shipping charges.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it; you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims can take up to 20 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.
International customers must pay applicable duties/Taxes and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by Us. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. please contact your local government for specific details.
